First Visit


Our friendly reception team will welcome you in our clean and safe working environment. We will help you every step of the way from gathering your personal information prior to your first appointment to rebooking your subsequent sessions and guiding you through our products and services.

We treat you with utmost care and compassion while you are on your road to recovery. All our physiotherapists are university qualified healthcare professionals who meet the high standards required by the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency. They are recognised WorkCover healthcare providers in NSW and members of our professional body, the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

Our clinic is equipped with 7 private treatment rooms and a large onsite gym as well as ramped access at the rear via Cartwright place.

Our goal is to make your whole treatment process easy from appointment booking through to treatment and re-booking. We offer extra administrative services to assist you, including:


  • Health fund claiming available for on the spot health fund rebates
  • ETPOS for cash free payments
  • Electronic booking system with text message reminders of your appointment date & time
  • Electronic clinical documentation system so all your personal information remains safe & confidential & meets all legislative & legal requirements.


All of our therapists are HCF registered providers. Therefore, HCF members can receive a substantial rebate for physiotherapy services provided at our clinic. This applies to patient’s initial appointment and limited to once a year.

Fees

Our fee structure depends on your condition, the number of areas of concern, the duration of your treatment and your therapist. Upon enquiry, our friendly receptionists will ask you a few simple questions to determine the type of appointment you need and the best therapist for your treatment.

If you have 2 or more areas of concern that you would like to discuss with your therapist, please let our reception team know as they can book you an extended consultation so that both areas of concern can be assessed, discussed and treated. Following on, your therapist may book you a shorter consult as needed.

Cancellation Policy


We understand that sometimes people need to cancel or change their appointments. However, we also try to accommodate people needing urgent appointments on the day they call us, and all other appointments within a week of the first enquiry. Therefore, we greatly appreciate you giving the clinic a call with at least 2 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way we can accommodate other people’s appointments.

We have a Cancellation and Failure To Attend Policy where full payment is applied if you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours’ notice and/or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice. This fee is applicable to all clients including private, Workers’ Compensation, DVA and Enhanced Primary Care clients.

We appreciate an advanced notice from you to accommodate patients who may need urgent care. We appreciate your kind consideration and understanding towards this new policy. Let us know if you have questions.
