All of our therapists are HCF registered providers. Therefore, HCF members can receive a substantial rebate for physiotherapy services provided at our clinic. This applies to patient’s initial appointment and limited to once a year.

Our fee structure depends on your condition, the number of areas of concern, the duration of your treatment and your therapist. Upon enquiry, our friendly receptionists will ask you a few simple questions to determine the type of appointment you need and the best therapist for your treatment.
If you have 2 or more areas of concern that you would like to discuss with your therapist, please let our reception team know as they can book you an extended consultation so that both areas of concern can be assessed, discussed and treated. Following on, your therapist may book you a shorter consult as needed.
We understand that sometimes people need to cancel or change their appointments. However, we also try to accommodate people needing urgent appointments on the day they call us, and all other appointments within a week of the first enquiry. Therefore, we greatly appreciate you giving the clinic a call with at least 2 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way we can accommodate other people’s appointments.
We have a Cancellation and Failure To Attend Policy where full payment is applied if you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours’ notice and/or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice. This fee is applicable to all clients including private, Workers’ Compensation, DVA and Enhanced Primary Care clients.
